Where in Lake Tahoe do you provide personal chef services?

We serve all communities around Lake Tahoe and Truckee, including: Incline Village, Crystal Bay, Kings Beach, Tahoe Vista, Carnelian Bay, Tahoe City, Sunnyside, Tahoma, Rubicon Bay, Meeks Bay, Camp Richardson, South Lake Tahoe, Glenbrook, Zephyr Cove, Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Truckee.

What cuisines do you specialize in?

I love creating meals to suit your heart’s desire with the freshest seasonal ingredients available. Northern California is blessed with the greatest produce in the world, as well as world-class meat and fish, dairy, cheese, and nuts; and of course wine! Some specialties of mine are Thai cuisine, northern Italian cuisine and wood-fired pizza, custom cakes, bread, and pastries, seafood, and steaks. I also enjoy creating healthy, vegetarian/vegan, and special diets to suit your needs.

How far in advance do I have to book my Lake Tahoe personal chef service?

Bookings are taken on a first-come first-served basis. Please call ASAP to guarantee availability. We can be available on short notice if we aren’t booked for that time.

What size parties can you accommodate?

We can do full-service meals for up to 25 people in your home. For an appetizer party, picnic, or barbecue, we could serve up to 50.

Can you provide wines?

We can suggest appropriate wine pairings for all of the dishes. Our local wine merchants have outstanding and reasonably-priced selections for all of your needs.
